For the 2022 edition of Ride The Track, we propose an all included formula at €439 per person (€878 for a Duo & €1317 for a Trio).

This price includes: 4 nights with your team mate(s) in a hotel room, full board from Satudray 3 September in the evening to the morning of Wednesday 7th September 2022, refreshments during the MTB 3 stages, the GPS tracks, the number board, the Ride The Track t-shirt and cup, the assistance of the organisation in case of mechanical problem, the management, the logistics, cancellation insurance, the local taxes, VAT and the membership to Biking4All Asbl.

This price does not include: transportation from your home to Serre Chevalier and back, drinks outside feed zones, civil liability, accident and repatriation insurance (must be taken out), extra meals & nights and more generally anything that is not included in “this price includes”.

Registration procedure

In order to register for Ride The Track 2022, you must complete the registration form here for each member of your team (be sure to fill in each required field!) and to pay the total registration amount at the earliest opportunity to the account IBAN BE20 0689 4200 8756. When communicating your payment, please indicate the first and last name of every member of your team.

Registrations will be recorded once the payments have been received. You will receive an email confirming your registration once we have validated your registration (registration form and full payment received!). In the event that your payment reaches us following the closure of registrations (restricted number of teams!), we will undertake to refund you the full amount paid.
